Laura Lynn spent her childhood on family vacations immersed in historical American homes, and she found herself drawn to the beauty that the passage of time & people imprint on architecture and space. This lifelong fascination with storied spaces eventually led her to found Hutton & Co.

Her design philosophy is backed by a Master of Architecture from Clemson, studies in Business Management at Penn State University & Interior Design at Brenau University, and specialized training in classical proportions through the ICAA and INTBAU in Sweden. After years in the industry, she realized her true passion lay in the personal nature of residential design and wanted to devote her practice to creating meaningful, contemporary backdrops for her clients' daily lives by applying a foundation of classical design & timeless principles with modern practicality.

Now based in downtown Greenville, SC, Laura Lynn shares her life with her two Bernedoodles, Emmie and Annie. When she isn’t at her Manly St. studio drafting table or visiting a work site, you’ll find her cheering on college sports of all kinds, boating the lakes of the Upstate with her nephews and their fishing poles in tow, and traveling wherever - and whenever - possible.
