This Barn has a soul. Thoughtfully crafted for family memories and low-maintenance living and entertaining, the Farm at Masonboro Loop was an “off-the-shelf” barn kit needing character - and its own logo! The finished barn is just one element of this unique property which also includes a half-sized soccer field, large firepit meadow and a goat farm - all of which are used and loved by the owner’s family, business and community. The balance for Hutton & Co. was to select interior finishes and furnishings that established the barn’s personality and that are highly durable, well-loved pieces not so precious that dirty feet, dogs and melting popsicles would cause concern.
