From Florida beaches to the mountains, this family found a wonderful piece of property, and a home with great bones, but one that didn’t quite fit the very active home of five kids, a dog and a cat - and chickens! We have created and tweaked an updated design and phasing to the home that balanced between functional and aesthetic requirements, budgets and construction costs, as well as future resale value.
